Disappointing Experience at Soothing Massage My recent visit to Soothing Massage was unfortunately a significant disappointment. I had booked a session hoping for a relaxing and professional experience, but encountered several issues that made it far from that. Firstly, I had serious concerns about the licensing of the massage therapist. There was no visible certification or indication that the individual providing the massage was a qualified and licensed professional, which is a fundamental requirement for a reputable massage establishment. This immediately raised a red flag about the quality and safety of the service. Furthermore, the massage pressure was consistently insufficient. Despite repeatedly asking for more pressure, the therapist seemed unable to apply it effectively. It felt more like a light rub than an actual massage, and I left feeling no relief from muscle tension whatsoever. Finally, and perhaps most frustratingly, there was a significant language barrier. The staff seemed to have very limited English proficiency, making it incredibly difficult to communicate my preferences or concerns during the session. My requests for more pressure or to focus on specific areas were met with blank stares or a lack of understanding, which severely hampered the effectiveness of the massage and my ability to feel comfortable. Overall, due to the lack of apparent licensing, the inadequate massage pressure, and the communication difficulties, I cannot recommend Soothing Massage. It was a frustrating and unfulfilling experience.

Fantastic back and shoulder massage. Been here several times since 2023. These guys will work your kinks and knots out with no frills and better than any spa in the valley. Stick to the spas if you can't handle the blunt pressure.

Omg! Yan and Hardy did an amazing massage on my Mommy & myself we did the combo massage 40 on the bed & a separate Foot massage 30 min on each foot my Mommy, I bother agree it was an stupendous experience, I will definitely be bringing my mom back and other family members. They are so pleasant polite that atmosphere is soft subtle. I love to thank both Men Yan massaged my Mom and Hardy massaged me.

Stay Far Away from This Unlicensed, Dangerous Massage Place! I am shocked and outraged by the horrific experience my mom and I endured yesterday (October 25) at this so-called “massage” location in the mall. We were only at the mall to do some shopping for my son’s birthday, but two aggressive, pushy salespeople practically forced us into trying a massage. Feeling stressed from a recent move, we reluctantly agreed, expecting a simple chair massage, but were pressured onto beds for what they called a “full massage experience.” Instead of a relaxing session, we found ourselves in what felt like a nightmare. The person working on my feet did nothing more than lightly rub lotion on me, while the upper body “masseurs” were the complete opposite—forcefully dropping their elbows and forearms on us with no regard for pressure, pain, or our physical condition. There was no assessment, no questions about health or comfort levels, and absolutely no skill. Despite repeatedly saying it was painful, the so-called therapists continued with extreme force, even slamming elbows into my ribs and back. I’ve had multiple back surgeries, and now I deeply regret not walking out, but the entire situation felt intimidating and uncomfortable. After enduring 30 minutes of agony, we were charged a shocking $120 each for this abusive experience. Today, both my mom and I are bedridden, unable to move due to severe pain in our necks, shoulders, ribs, and spines. I am warning others to avoid this unlicensed, unsafe establishment. They should be investigated and shut down immediately. This place is a threat to public health, and no one should have to suffer as we did.

I had a good reflexology treatment... Although there was zero communication about anything. Then they talked me into a chair massage and I was passed off to a young man who seemed to have no idea what he was doing. I told him it was too hard and he lightened up a bit but his manner of touch was extremely fast and abrupt. It was like he was on something. It was not good and not enjoyable at all. I have an extensive background in the spa industry and this was absolutely THE WORST message I've ever had. I will never go back there again. I did not feel good the next day and four days later I still have a visible bruise on my shoulder.
